Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you tapped before it went wrong. A screen recording helps a lot.

Captions

The captions came out in the wrong language. Open Settings → Caption language and pick it instead of Auto-detect, then tap Captions again.

A word is spelled wrong every time. Settings → My word list: add the word as it comes out on the left and how you write it on the right.

A word got cut with the ums. Tap Undo once right after the captions are made to put everything back, or turn off Settings → Pauses → Cut ums and ahs for that video.

Smart glasses

  1. Record yourself in Xheki with the selfie camera.
  2. At the same time, film with your glasses as usual.
  3. When your glasses app has saved the video to Photos, open Xheki. It finds the video and lines it up with your take. You can also tap Match glasses videos on the projects screen.

Xheki needs full access to Photos for this: Settings → Xheki → Photos → Full Access. It only looks at the dates of recent videos, on your iPhone.

Credits and Premium

What does a credit buy? One started minute of captions in any language, or one AI cover.

Premium gives 20 credits every paid week plus Dual, Screen, the teleprompter, Adjust, layers, stock photos and AI covers.

Restore a purchase: sign in with the same Apple ID, then Account → Restore purchases.

Cancel Premium: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Xheki Premium.

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your account

Delete your account: tap the credits badge on the camera screen → Account → Delete account. Your account, credits and history are deleted from our server right away. Your videos stay on your iPhone.
